Banquets

The Clubhouse and Banquet Facility at Country Hills are also available for non-golf related events such as business meetings, family reunions, parties, and receptions. We will be happy to cater your meal.


Information

Fees

Banquet room rental is $1 per person with a $75 minimum charge. The rental fee will be waived, however, for groups who choose to serve a Country Hills catered meal. We charge for the confirmed number of meals you order, plus any additional people served. Sit-down dinner service is available for an additional $1.50 per person. No outside catering services will be allowed. Food and beverage prices are subject to change; a 7.25% sales tax and gratuity are not included.

Seating

Our banquet room will seat approximately 110 guests, and another 40 can be seated in the clubhouse pro shop. Additionally, the covered patio will accommodate 24-40 people.

Beverage Service

We offer alcoholic beverages to compliment your function. All alcoholic beverages and service are strictly regulated by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission. Country Hills is responsible for the administration of these regulations. Therefore, no liquor or wine may be brought into the clubhouse from outside sources. At the discretion of the staff, bar service to certain individuals may be suspended. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed on the premises.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in Country Hills? clubhouse or banquet room. An outdoor patio area is available for smokers.

Liability

Country Hills reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damages to the premises will be charged to the person(s) responsible for booking the event. That person is responsible for repair or replacement costs. We cannot assume responsibility for damages, theft, loss of merchandise, or belongings which occur prior to, during, or after an event. Due to health codes, no food can be removed from the banquet room.
